As a Professional Services Engineer, you will engage with customers to provide installation, migration, training, and advisory services for our software-defined storage and data management offerings. You handle installations ranging from single-node cloud-based deployments, to our largesthybrid, geographically distributed architectures.
You are expected to be able to interface with the customer, with our Product, Development and Sales to find the best route for customer success, and to help drive improvements into pixstor/ngenea features and processes.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a ‘technical bridge’ between technical operations and core development teams within the business, translating field requirements and improvement opportunities into development needs, as well as providing internal training to support, professional services and pre-sales engineers on new product features and enhancements.
As a Product Development Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and support the tools used to manage the company’s products and solutions.
You will be responsible for defining the optimal configuration of the product components, including hardware, operating system and application software, and developing the configuration management required to ensure that those configurations are easily, reliably and securely deployed to customers.
As a Python Developer, you will work with the NG-Hub Core Development team of 10 people.
The Development team develops a range of complex software to administer NGenea and empower our customers to optimize and curate their own data workflows by leveraging NGenea’s technology stack effectively.
As a Software Developer, you will work with the NG-Hub Core Development team of 10 people.
The NG-Hub Core Development team develops a highly scalable data management product, used by customers to deliver data at extreme speeds, just-in-time, or enabling fully global workflows.
If you’re naturally helpful, enjoy assisting people with technology issues, love solving complex problems and puzzles and can explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you!
Ultimately, you will be a person whom our customers trust; they will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
